if something occurs with the product during shipping and I'm unable to get you the product, I will refund you the deposit
if you cancel the order, I may not be able to refund you the deposit

if a problem occurs with the product and it is unable to be delivered to you, I will refund the deposit

I cannot do any refunds for damaged packaging, as the items pass through many different hands in order to get here, however if you find that the product itself is broken (does not include manufacturing defects) please send me photos and I'll arrange a refund

for any opened items that will be sent to me first, I will inspect before shipping to you

I couldn't be happier with the plushie that Cherrie created for me! She managed to make exactly what I wanted with just one reference picture. The plushie was very well made and looks amazing! She was quick to reply to all my requests, and was very quick with getting everything together.

I wish I could review on Etsy but I purchased my amazing Nessie through the site so I’m writing a review here. I can’t begin to describe how amazing the seller was throughout the process and how amazing my plush turned out.

She sent me progress photos daily and went above and beyond in terms of my amazing Nessie Plush! Definitely worth the buy, and I will definitely purchase another item in the future
