• I'll only accept returns on unused items IF: you contact me within 14 days of delivery AND ship & return items back within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. 
• I do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital sales.
• I do not accept exchanges.
• I do not accept cancellations if your order is a custom order/commission request.
• About cancellations on other amigurumi orders, I can only offer refunds if: you contact me before your items are processed for shipping!
