Wonder Wishes is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to service you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

I will be sending emails to those who signed up to Wonder Wishes' mailing list. Emails are sent for site and product updates, artist services, promotions, sales and giveaways.

Delivery Policies
-Processing Times: If you are ordering a made to order/ custom order amigurumi, it can take 1-2 weeks before your order is shipped. Less if it is an amigurumi that requires less work and more if the shop is busy. Items listed as "ready made" will ship much faster~!
-Estimated Delivery Times:
Canada 2-8 business days-----USA 2-4 business days-----International 5-22 business days
*Please note these are estimates and that times can vary due to factors like customs. I am not responsible for delays due to customs ^^
-Customs and Import Times: You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If you decline to pay customs and the package becomes lost or discarded, I can not offer you any refunds on the item or shipping.
-File Delivery: Your files are available for download once payment is confirmed.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
-I'll only accept returns on unused items IF: you contact me within 14 days of delivery AND ship & return items back within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
-I do not accept returns or offer refunds on digital sales.
-I do not accept exchanges.
-I do not accept cancellations if your order is a custom order/commission request.
-About cancellations on other amigurumi orders, I can only offer refunds if: you contact me before your items are processed for shipping!

Wonder Wishes Studio reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders that are deemed risky, i.e. you are a buyer who once declined to pay for customs and instead argued for a refund.

Do you ship to my country?
Please send me a message here or on Etsy if you don't see your country as a shipping option. I will check with the shipper as soon as possible ^.^
For VAT reasons, please purchase from the etsy shop if you are shipping an order to Australia, the EU, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, or the UK.

Who makes the amigurumi?
The shop owner, me~, makes most of the amigurumi here. I also handle all the shipping and maintenance of this business so your patience is much appreciated. If you need an item on time for a celebratory present, please please order a few weeks ahead of time or send me a message on Instagram or Etsy to check whether my current work list is free. Recently a new shop member, Ebe, has joined Wonder Wishes Studio. Keep an eye out to see which amigurumi are labelled they are created by Ebe.

What's the difference between Ready Made and Made to Order amigurumi?
Ready made amigurumi are plushies made whenever the shop members are free. Sometimes, our schedule allows us to make whatever we want, whenever we want. In exchange for the flexibility, we will sell ready made amigurumi at lowered prices. Made to Order means that the amigurumi will be made just for you :) once you place an order~
