crochet in continuous rounds
I used a 3.5 mm hook and light worsted yarn to create a basket that is about 8cm total length. The opening is about 4cm in diameter.
Hanging Basket
R1: 6 sc in a magic circle [6]
R2: inc all [12]
R3: (sc, inc) x6 [18]
R4: (sc, inc, sc) x6 [24]
R5: (sc 3, inc) x6 [30]
R6-9: sc 15, dc 15 [30]
R10: (sc 3, dec) x3, sc 8, ch 13, sc in the stitch just worked into, sc 7 [28]
f.o. and hide the tail
Basket Handle
wrap a strand of yarn around the base of the ch 13 loop a couple of times
knot and secure
